Kevin is a certified leadership trainer & coach, business lecturer and module leader on the International Year One QA pathway with University of Roehampton. Through his training & consultancy business, L.E.A.D Global, he also provides corporate and Executive training in the areas of leadership, personal & organisational growth, communication and conflict management. An avid advocate for real and sustainable development in Africa, he believes Africa’s future is hinged on holistic education and transformational leadership. He was Managing Director of UK-based Africa-focused consultancy firm (ETK Group) for 8 years providing consultancy services to UK business with interest in African markets and working with UK government agencies such as the Department for International Trade. He was co-founder of the Centre for African Business Education and sat on the Board of Directors of the Business Council for Africa (BCA). He was the recipient of the 2017 Honorary Award for Business from the Global African Awards (formerly Africa Diaspora Awards) and is also a verified mentor at Mentor X Africa, a global mentoring platform based in the UK.
